Production takes 7–14 business days after order placement or group order cutoff.
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping fees within the United States are automatically calculated at checkout, excluding duties, local administrative fees and additional taxes.
We are only responsible for dispatching orders. We shall not be liable for shipping delays, lost packages or damage incurred during transit. We will assist customers with logistics inquiries and claims when needed.
Once an order has been shipped, all transit risks are assumed by the recipient.
