If you receive items with obvious manufacturing defects or severe damage, you must contact us via Instagram DM or email on the same day of delivery, and submit clear photo proof to our official email:

After verification, we only provide free replacement of the same design; no cash refund will be issued.
Any failure to contact us and report the issue with photos on the delivery day will be regarded as accepted in good condition, and no after-sales claim will be accepted afterwards.
